Keep hydrated, in your STRONG class you’re building endurance, strength and working on your cardiovascular health! Having a water bottle can help cool you down and help your movement practice. A yoga mat to make movements and exercises more comfortable.

Running/Training Shoes

Bring indoor training shoes you can use to keep your feet protected and also to prevent you from slipping. It’s also great for those that might need more arch support.

A Good Attitude

Strength training can sometimes seem boring but these movements are great ways for you to get better at the same movements you do everyday, from squatting to core movement and mobility work to glute training. Ask lots of questions! This class is great to bond with friends, its fun and the music is lovely.
