MORNING CLUB

Awaken body and mind through rejuvenating movement, stretches, and mindfulness that cultivate beginning. This awakening class is designed to enhance connection, create space for a productive day.


UNITE

A blend of both traditional and modern yoga practices that focus on awareness. Guiding you through each step, making use of playful sequences, props, and clear instructions, all while weaving in the essence of yoga philosophy and meditation. A great multilevel practice.


FLOW

A dynamic practice that synchronizes breath with movement, fostering a strong mind, body, and heart. Each session offers a unique experience inviting you to explore new depths in your practice and challenge yourself in a non-traditional flow. All are welcome to join, regardless of your level of experience.


POWER LUNCH

A quick yet invigorating 45 minute practice. Enjoy a 25-minute power practice, followed by 5 minutes of rest for those with time constraints.

The teacher has planned a convenient break at the 30-minute mark, allowing you to leave without disrupting your practice. Followed by restoring postures for the remainder. This power session is designed to help you recharge and refocus during your lunch break, ensuring you return to work with renewed energy and clarity.

Mats will be thoughtfully arranged by our staff for those who need to depart promptly, making it easy for everyone to enjoy this empowering midday escape.


CO-NNECT

A community yoga class designed for all levels of practitioners. Building upon the Yoga in the Park series, Co-nnect invites you to deepen your practice and hang out with others. This is a shared journey of wellness, as we co-nnect through movement, breath, and a sense of togetherness through different practices. Our Community Drop In price of $15 applies for this class.


UNWIND

A gentle practice that creates a chance to challenge the bodies patterning and develop a slower practice that focuses on the connective tissue, breath and deeper tissues in the body. Main focus is brought to the hips, back, shoulders and creating longer slower holds to allow the body to open in process.


UNWIND & YOGA NIDRA

Through gentle postures and soothing stretches, you'll release tension, preparing your body and mind for the ultimate relaxation experience: Yoga Nidra. Sink into deep tranquility as this guided meditation lulls you into a state of profound calm, leaving you rejuvenated and refreshed.


PILATES FUSION

A flow style Pilates practice fused with barre, yoga, strength training and light cardio—to give a modern twist to Mat Pilates. Improving posture, awareness and more. Props are used in this class.

FOCUS

Step into a space of clarity and concentration. In this session, embark on a journey of mindful movement and breath awareness to sharpen your focus and enhance mental clarity. Through a balanced combination of flowing sequences, harmonic postures, and grounding techniques, explore what presence means to you. Learn techniques to improve concentration, and harness your attention with meditation and journaling.


UNITE & SUPPORT

A blend of slow vinyasa and soothing yin yoga sequences that nurture body and energy. During this unique practice, participants can choose to receive gentle adjustments, massages, or Thai yoga bliss massage, facilitated by consent cards to ensure a safe and supportive experience. We'll guide you through a connected meditation, share inspiring stories, and engage in mantras to cultivate self-discovery, exploring themes to deeply connect, refresh, and revitalize.


POWER

Cranking up the energy and introducing new postures to challenge your strength and stamina. With a playlist that sets the beat and may include some of your favourite tracks, plus the use of props like light weights for functional sequences, you'll experience a dynamic, music-driven workout that heightens your awareness and leaves you feeling stronger and more empowered than ever. This is a modern yoga based class with traditional elements
weaved in.


UNWIND & CANDLELIGHT

A practice that combines yin poses and stretches with the soothing glow of candlelight. In this class, we also offer the option of supportive touch during certain poses, enhancing your relaxation and connection to the practice facilitated with the use of consent cards.


PILATES

A low impact full-body practice that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and alignment, leaving you feeling stronger, more balanced, and centered. This dynamic and gentle session incorporates a series of controlled movements, breathwork, and targeted exercises to sculpt and tone your muscles while improving posture and overall body awareness.


FITNESS

This class includes mobility warm ups, circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. All-Levels.

55+

Embrace an active and vibrant lifestyle with our Yoga for Active Living 55+ class, tailored specifically for mature practitioners. In this gentle yet invigorating session, you'll engage in a mindful practice that focuses on enhancing mobility, strength, and flexibility while honoring the unique needs of your body. Guided by experienced instructors, you'll explore modified yoga poses, breath work, and relaxation techniques, promoting overall well-being, balance, and fun.


GENTLE

An introduction to fundamental postures, guided breathwork, and relaxation techniques, making it perfect for those new to yoga or seeking a gentler practice.


Ottawa - 6 week series

SOUL FLOW

A celebration of mindfulness, movement, connection, and self-discovery. Harmonize yoga with mindful prompts to deepen your practice, connect with others in rest, breath and music.
This class is about adding more ease from the earlier in the week and taking that into the weekend.

R & B FLOW

Get ready to move and groove to the rhythm of your breath with our "R&B Flow" yoga series. A harmonious blend of yoga and rhythm, perfect for anyone who connects deeply with music.
