Whether it’s Yoga or Fitness

 

Experience the difference. All our yoga classes are 60 or 75 minutes long to allow ample time for centering, and relaxation at the beginning and end of each class. Incorporating different styles of classes is a great way support your lifestyle and movement journey.

All of our strength training and stretch classes are 45 minutes long and incorporate mindful warmups and beneficial cooldowns.

Our expert team of instructors provide options for all levels of experience and ability.

 

UNITE

Simple & Supportive

Tempo: Slow to Medium
Learn About/Build: Foundation, Terminology, Strength, Overall Wellness

This practice emphasizes a balance of posture and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen the body in a way that feels inspiring and accessible. Whether new to yoga or establishing a grounded practice through traditional practices.

Recommended for beginners and anyone looking to focus on foundation with an emphasis on alignment, learning about postures, different types of breath work/pranayama, meditation and their benefits which will help you move with more understanding and confidence.

FLOW

Energetic, Connected & Dynamic

Tempo: Slow to Fast
Learn About/Build: Flexibility, Strength, Endurance, Balance, Terminology

UNWIND

Nurturing & Mindful

Tempo: Slow
Learn About/Build: Rest, Flexibility, Pranayama/Breath

Designed to open the body and mind, through elements of restorative, yin and gentle yoga. Slower in nature this class incorporates breath work, focus and flexibility to release tension. We encourage you to bring your own props such as blankets, pillows or towels.

Excellent for those who prefer a less vigorous class and for those experiencing injury, stress or chronic pain.

*Please note: Tuesday evenings is paired with Yoga Nidra and Wednesday evenings involve hands on adjustments and Thai Yoga Bliss Massage

 

 

FITNESS

Strengthening & Engaging

Tempo: Medium to Fast
Concentrates: Core Strength, Cardiovascular Health, Foundational/Everyday Movements

A bodyweight training-based strength class designed to improve composition, function, and awareness through a variety of bodyweight exercises and low impact cardio sequences to build a well rounded health routine. Sometimes, equipment is used in this class provided by the studio.

Created for all levels of movement. Intensity levels and personal style varies by each unique teacher.

PILATES

Strengthening, Flexibility & Engaging

Tempo: Medium to Fast
Concentrates: Core Strength,Muscle Tone That Attributes to Control, Speed and Movement, Flexibility and Breathwork

A transformative approach to Pilates that will have you feeling stronger and longer. Whether Pilates is second nature to you or you’re a beginner this class is great for core strength and posture.

Created for all levels of movement. Intensity levels and personal style varies by each unique teacher.

STRETCH

Passive, Spacious & Mindful

Tempo: Slow
Learn About/Build: Mobility, Flexibility, Better Range of Motion, Recovery

Increase the range of movements and motions your body can perform. Improve posture and enhance function whether you’re a yoga practitioner, athlete or just starting. Recover and regenerate with a variety of techniques and leave restored and rejuvenated.

Great for all levels. Highly recommended for those who work in trades, athletes, essential care, desk work and repetitive work.
