Yoga is a practice of joining together in Union. With a focus on how a movement practice can support our mental wellness, Marli offers a space to explore a mind-body connection. She teaches from a trauma-informed understanding of how we can use movement to reconnect with ourselves. Sequences focus on mindful movement to increase body awareness.
