One of your favourite songs: I Love You Always Forever by Donna Lewis. I remember playing the song over and over again so I could write down all the lyrics and sing along. I still get excited every time I hear it on the radio!
Meditation is: Witnessing without attachment.
Yoga is: A practice of getting to know the Self.
Favourite ritual/habit: Burning Palo Santo before practice. It brings me back to where I took my teacher training in Andalucía and immediately centers me.
Favourite posture to teach: Utthita Parsvakonasana. There is so much to feel happening in the body. And so many fun variations to play with!
Favourite posture to practice: Viparita Karani. I would be in this pose all day if I could!
One Awesome Thing about You!: I’m fluent in English and French. And also speak a little bit of Spanish!
Name something you’re really good at: I like to think I’m a pretty good cook. I’m always trying out new recipes and my partner has yet to complain!
What is one new thing you’re learning right now?: Spanish! A big goal of mine is to be fluent in the language one day.
