Haylee (or Hayl) is passionate about yoga being accessible to every body and their classes focus on turning inward, connecting movement to breath and connecting mind body and spiritual wellness.
Jackie lives in Arnprior, Ontario with her husband, two daughters and puppy. She has been a certified yoga instructor since 2013 and has been practicing for over a decade. She enjoys practicing and teaching various styles of yoga such as Hatha, Flow and Yin/restorative. She truly believes in the power of Yoga and loves that everyone and anyone can begin a personal practice no matter of age or physical restrictions they might have; there is a style or form of yoga for everyone!

Katrina Chapman Kahn

Lorie is a retired music educator who moved to Arnprior in the fall of 2021. She has been an enthusiastic yoga practitioner for almost twenty years. Lorie enjoys spending time with her daughter and grandson who live in Kinburn. She loves the outdoors and enjoys taking her corgi, Rosie, on one of the many walks in and around Arnprior.

Stephanie has a remarkable way of allowing you to shine. Her calm and positive style allows you the space to be in your own practice. She combines alignment-based techniques with her fitness background to deliver you to a place that is “just right.” You will find what you need with her lovingly guiding you through your journey.
Thomas (Tom) is a yoga and fitness instructor in the Ottawa Valley. Having obtained his 200hr yoga teacher training in Costa Rica in 2017, he has been teaching ever since. His classes are a fusion of: traditional yoga poses, functional mobility exercises, calisthenics, and breathing exercises.
