Livestream setup is in a Gold Magazine holder underneath the right window
Use the rattan stool to prop up the Macbook
Open up the Macbook [make sure it has enough battery 40% and up you will not have to plug it in. Anything below 40% please plug it in
All passwords are to the right of the trackpad
Click the Zoom App on the bottom of the screen
If you need to login - all info is to the right of the trackpad
Click the Orange square:
Make sure the personal meeting room check mark is on
Microphones:
Use the Rode Microphones [Black Squares] for class
Use the red cord that has a grey and black end on it.
Black end is plugged into the Receiver which has a small window on it
Grey end is plugged into the right side of the Macbook
Press and hold the Ø on the receiver to turn it on
If you notice the bars are at red then they need to be charged and you’ll have to go without the mics. So speak loud during class.
Press and hold the Ø on the transmitter [this gets clipped to your shirt] - make sure the 2 blue lights are solid [not flashing] this means that they are charged and connected to the transmitter
SETTINGS:
Bottom left of the Zoom screen click the arrow beside audio and make sure that external microphone is selected, ask participants to give you a heads up or put it in the chat so that they can hear you. Watch the transmitter as well to see if the levels are working
Click the arrow beside video and make sure it's set on Facetime HD Camera - unless you are using the studio’s iphone make sure it is on Union 108 Iphone Camera [NOT DESK VIEW]
