Studio Policies

Community policy

Our commitment extends far beyond providing classes, events, retreats, and programs. We are dedicated to nurturing a vibrant and inclusive community where every individual, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability, is not only welcomed but celebrated.

  • We wholeheartedly embrace the rich tapestry of backgrounds, experiences, and identities within our community. We believe that diversity is a source of strength and a wellspring of creativity that enriches our collective journey.

  • We vehemently oppose hate and bigotry in all forms. We stand united in our commitment to creating an environment where such negativity has no place. We firmly believe that diversity and inclusion are not just words but actions that require constant vigilance and dedication.

  • Should discord or hatred ever rear their heads within our organization, we are unwavering in our resolve to address them promptly. Our approach encompasses removal when necessary, cancellation of services when warranted, but also focuses on correction and redemption. We believe in the potential for growth and learning.

  • Our community's strength lies in its collective power. We encourage every member of our team, participants, members, and the wider community to stand together as a protective shield. We have a shared responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of every individual, including our participants and staff, as well as the broader community we serve.

  • At Union 108, our mission is to transform discord into unity, disrespect into respect, and hatred into celebration of diversity. We stand by these principles, and we invite every member of our community to join us on this profound journey.

In embracing these values, we not only create a safer and more inclusive space within our organization but also contribute to a broader societal shift towards a world that truly values and respects the diversity of all its members.

Thank you for being a part of our diverse and vibrant Union 108 community.

    With unity, respect, and celebration,

    Union 108 Management
