Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 2 weeks within a 4-month timeframe.
This pause period offers flexibility for members who may need a temporary break from their commitment.
membership cancellation request
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted via email and will not be accepted through verbal communication, social media, or phone calls. We require a minimum of 30 days' notice before the desired cancellation date.
There will be a pro-rated charge when canceling your membership.
