The Union Mat Pilates Framework is designed for those looking to deepen their Pilates knowledge and teach with support and confidence. Learn anatomy, movement principles, and Pilates techniques essential for effective instruction. Through clear, compassionate teaching, you will learn how to engage and motivate students with verbal cues and imagery.

The training includes specialized workshops on special populations, teaching different bodies in the room, cueing, and sequencing for various class durations. You will gain hands-on experience and receive feedback to help you grow as an instructor.

With ongoing mentorship, you will develop your unique teaching style and adapt to the needs of all students. By the end of the course, you will be prepared to lead Pilates classes that inspire and transform, whether teaching groups or private sessions.

Blending Pilates principles, functional mobility, and somatic awareness, she creates classes that build strength, enhance mobility, and cultivate a deep connection to the body. Rooted in biomechanics, alignment, and breath-centered movement,

Ro’s teaching ensures students move with confidence and ease while preventing injury. Her sessions are dynamic, intentional, and infused with joy, encouraging movement that feels fun, freeing, and deeply supportive.
