  • We rent out only 2 mats and they are based on a first come first serve. Mat rentals are $6

  • Our studio carries, blocks, bolsters and pilates equipment. We do ask that you bring your own blankets for class if you need.

  • Upon entering the studio, coats and shoes are placed in the lower lobby. Upstairs we have nest squares to place your bags, cellphone and valuables.

Note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Big bags are not permitted in the practice room and cellphones need to be placed on silent.

**First responders please let us know if your phones need to be on -so that we can keep the door open and accomodate.

  • We do not have showers at Union 108, but we do provide a freshen up spray if you need!

  • We prioritize the convenience and safety of our members by implementing a mandatory pre-class registration policy. Please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:

Advance Registration: To secure your spot in any class/event, you must register in advance. Walk-ins do not guarantee a space. This policy allows us to ensure class sizes are manageable and adhere to any space or equipment limitations.

Online Registration: We recommend online registration through our official website or mobile app. We do not take registration over e-mail, social media or phone.

Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel your registration, please do so 2hrs prior to the class start time to avoid any late cancellation charges as per our cancellation policy.

Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist through our online platform. We will notify you if a spot becomes available.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at the studio with enough time to check in and prepare for your class. Late arrivals may not be accommodated to maintain the quality and flow of the session.

Contact Information: Ensure your contact information, including email and phone number, is up to date in your member profile to receive important notifications regarding your reservations.

Class Changes: If you wish to change your class reservation, please do so in advance through our online platform. Class changes are subject to availability.

No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of your booking privileges. We appreciate your consideration for fellow members and instructors.

Our mandatory pre-class registration policy helps us provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members.

  • Unless we have studio shopping hours. Our studio doors are locked during classes to provide a chill experience.

Doors Locking Time: Please be aware that our studio doors will be locked 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time. This policy is in place to minimize disruptions during class and to prioritize the experience of those who arrive on time.

Early Arrival: We encourage members to arrive early, ideally 15-20 minutes before the class begins. This will give you ample time to settle in, find your preferred spot, and prepare for your practice.

Late Arrival: If you arrive after the doors are locked, we regret that you will not be able to enter the studio for that particular class. Late arrivals can be disruptive to both instructors and fellow participants, and our policy is in place to maintain the serenity of the class environment.

Consideration: We kindly ask for your understanding and consideration in adhering to this policy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays, but we strive to uphold the quality of our classes and the experience of our members.

Alternative Options: If you are unable to attend a class due to late arrival, we encourage you to explore other class options on our schedule, ensuring you have sufficient time to arrive on time.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a chill experience.

  • We understand that class availability can be limited. To accommodate as many members as possible and provide equal opportunities for attendance, we have implemented the following waitlist policy:

Waitlist Sign-Up: If a class you wish to attend is fully booked, you have the option to join the waitlist through our official app or the schedule on our website.

Notification: If a spot becomes available in the class due to a cancellation, you will receive an automated notification via email or app notification, depending on your preferred contact method.

Confirmation Deadline: You will have a specified time frame (usually 1 hour) from the time of notification to confirm your attendance in the class. If you do not confirm within this window, the spot will be offered to the next member on the waitlist.

Charges: There are no charges associated with joining the waitlist. However, if you are moved from the waitlist into the class and confirm your attendance but do not show up (no-show), you may be subject to our regular no-show policy and associated charges.

Our waitlist policy is designed to ensure that our classes are well-utilized and that members have a fair opportunity to attend their desired sessions. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in making our classes accessible to all

  • Cancellation Method: Cancellations are accepted through our official app or the schedule on our website. We do not accept cancellations via email, social media or over the phone. This includes reaching out to our teachers individually.

Late Cancellation Window: To allow ample time for fellow members to secure a spot, please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time. Any cancellations made within 2 hours of the class start time are subject to a $22 charge.

No-Show Fee: In the spirit of fairness and to encourage responsible booking, a $22 charge will be applied to your account for each no-show or late cancellation under the 2 hour window. However, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way.

Limited Exceptions: Monthly Members are allowed up to two (2) no-shows or late cancellations within a calendar month without incurring a fee. On the third instance within the same month, the $22 charge will be applied.

We believe that this policy ensures that everyone has a fair chance to attend our classes and that our members are held accountable for their reservations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a positive and respectful environment for all.
