Union 108 is calling forth a soulful individual to step into the role of Studio Coordinator—a magical steward of our studio’s daily flow, keeper of community threads, and catalyst for growth. The ideal candidate will oversee our enchanted wellness space with grace, bringing a balance of heart, creativity, and strategic action to nurture our thriving community.

This position asks for someone who moves through the unseen details with ease and casts their focus on community care, studio operations, and collaborative event magic. We’re searching for someone with a natural connection to the wellness and admin realm (2-3 years of experience is ideal), who is ready to support our vibrant and ever-evolving studio space.

About Union 108:

Nestled in the heart of Arnprior, Union 108 is a haven for connection, creativity, and self-discovery. We offer a tapestry of yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement, blending soulful offerings with a strong, inclusive community. With classes that speak to all levels—from energizing flows to restorative pauses—we aim to enchant every being who walks through our doors. Our studio is more than a space—it’s a collective heartbeat, and we’re celebrating the magic of each moment together.

About the Role:

The Studio Coordinator will weave together the daily dance of our studio, handling tasks that range from managing our sacred space and caring for our teaching team to deepening connections with the community. This is a leadership role, supported by a cast of front desk team members, each focusing on their own pillar of studio management (from partnerships to marketing and customer experience). You’ll also work closely with the Studio Owner, and trusted advisors to keep Union 108 vibrant and growing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the guardian of daily studio flow: overseeing schedules, facilities, staff, and client experiences.

  • Ensure our studio feels like a haven—caring for its cleanliness, supplies, and overall energy.

  • Tend to the needs of our volunteers and paid staff, ensuring the highest level of customer enchantment.

  • Nurture relationships with members and guests—through email, phone, and face-to-face conversations—and ensure their time with us feels magical.

  • Foster new partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community creators, planning private and group gatherings.

  • Organize community events and lend a hand in co-creating special programming (like yoga in the park or workshops).

  • Cast a strategy to bring in more community members and deepen the connections we’ve already made by increasing studio traffic, and creating long-term bonds.

  • Build a shared culture between volunteers, staff, and instructors, aligning our mission with every action.

  • Respond thoughtfully to online reviews, emails, and social media comments about Union 108, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

  • Dream up unique campaigns and special offers that distinguish Union 108 from others, ensuring continued growth.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of coordination, administrative and/or leadership experience

  • A deep-rooted passion for yoga, fitness, or wellness

  • An understanding of marketing, business growth, and building community

  • Experience in customer care, with a genuine commitment to offering an extraordinary experience

  • Experience in decolonized wellness spaces, practice and teamwork an asset

  • Ability to glide between high-level vision and daily tasks, making quick decisions while tending to details

  • Previous experience leading teams and holding space for their growth

  • An inclination toward personal transformation and a commitment to business integrity
